4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product) → Free return

  • For all other approved cases → Return shipping fee may apply (₹100–₹200)

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
